Very positive experience
Very positive experience. Very supportive and clear every step of the way. Queries and questions were answered promptly via the NIVO app, which was very easy to use to share documents etc. Customer service was great and they offered sensible advice every step of the way. I’m so glad I stumbled across the advert on social media at a time when I thought there was no light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks so much. I feel a lot better now and in a happier position with my finances.

Both Paul and josh were extremely helpful with my finance application they both honest and clear with thier advice. And helped us find the right affordable package for us to both consolidate our current finances and have enough left to renovate our home. They were not pushy at all (which I hate)
