Exceptional service
I cant fault the service I received at all. I was kept informed at every stage of the process and they managed to help me even though I was turned down by other companies. I honestly can't thank Wayne and Paul enough for their help. Friendly, helpful & informative
Great company who helped find the best deal for me, very friendly and informative. Communication was excellent initially via phone and then using a secure messaging platform where I’d get a response almost immediately. When I needed to speak to someone I always got through first time. Easy process to follow all in all a very good experience.

The overal experience was good they got…
The overal experience was good they got me the product I wanted but this was slightly marred by the length of time it took. We worked with a representative called Donna who seemed to struggle with the concept of timelyness but then after almost 5 weeks of frustrating back and forth we went under the the guidance of Gareth and graham and things all of a sudden became more efficient. Working mainly on the mobile phone might have been secure bu made sending documents problematical. Nivo was okay but not intuitive.
