Excellent Company & Communication
Excellent customer service throughout, All staff were helpful in all aspects and communication was excellent. The Nivo application was fantastic. The overall process did take longer then expected.

A loan made simple
I will start
Separated from my wife and stared again
Got a little cottage a new mortgage and things were tight as I walked away with nothing
So looking for a loan and it’s a minefield of loans offers and allsorts
I saw an advert come up read the reviews and thought these people can’t all be wrong
Dealing with the loan from step one and being honest with a lady called Donna she helped from the start then a gentleman called Paul he sorted out the last bits
The app they used and how simple it is to use made it simple and worry free
Kept informed all the way through and it’s the small things like please and thank you
All I can say is You have helped me more than you know and have made living without my old debts and being able to get my windows done a dream come true
The service help and chats were in a class of there own
