Mark has helped us through the whole move. He is always available to answer calls and give useful advice 7 days a week. He is friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for him to do and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a 5* estate agent.

We were buying a property that Mark at Agents4U were selling. Mark was excellent throughout the process. He was very professional and approachable and really ensured the purchase was able to run smoothly, despite us not directly being his client. By far the best experience we have had with an estate agent and wouldn't hesitate to use Mark were we to sell our house in the future.

Mark goes above and beyond to ensure the most professional, helpful and responsive service is provided throughout the entire process. He made what was a complicated situation a lot easier through his advice and assistance. A genuinely refreshing and personal approach whilst purchasing a new home - Couldn't have asked for anything more.

I rate Mark at Agents4U very highly indeed. He sells your house, but the service and help doesn't end there. He is there at every step of the process and pitches in to help, assisting my buyer when they were needing access for carpet measurement etc. Mark offers a service that is worth every penny of his fee, he earns it with honesty and keeps his focus on delivering you a sale, by limiting the number of properties he takes on. Consummate professional and trustworthy individual. I do hope he enjoys the bottle of champagne I have for him, he's certainly earned it, having to deal with me!

Mark was absolutely fantastic, from start to completion on my house purchace. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Before I bought my house, I'd been round so many with various estate agencies, who had no idea even what heating systems were in properties! Mark was the only exception to this - his knowledge not only of houses, the market, but also elements of construction was really appreciated. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and his attention to learning about the property he was selling shone through. Wouldn't recommend anyone else. 5 stars aren't really enough!
