Best estate agent I've ever dealt with, would highly recommend.

Mark has sold two properties for us, providing a professional and totally reliable service on each occasion. His prompt communication following viewings and his availability for contact took a great deal of pressure out of the proceedings for us. He is an extremely skilled negotiator and followed up viewings in a very thorough way, reporting back to us in detail his conversations with prospective buyers. We would recommend Mark wholeheartedly to anyone who is tired of the lacklustre performance of many estate agents, as we were. He will not disappoint!

We chose to sell our home through Agents4u after first interviewing several high street estate agents. Mark was great. Very honest and reliable. He was also very prompt at getting things done. The photos they took were miles better than most of the other more established estate agents.

Agents4u provided an excellent service. Trying to sell a large old house was proving very difficult with two previous agents, Mark was recommended to us and he was very professional throughout the whole process. Having a professional photographer to take shots of the house created a real interest in the property which had been lacking with previous agents. Mark was able to answer phone calls at times when other agents would have been closed, he always vetted the viewers to prevent time wasters and followed up the viewings with calls. He went beyond what was expected of him as an agent offering much needed advice and support. We finished up with two families wanting the property. I have no hesitation in recommending Agents4u

My wife 1st spotted this house in May last year. I was adamant that we viewed at least another 15 properties with various different agencies who made us feel as if they were doing us a favour. Mark however made us both feel very comfortable. After several viewings we made an offer in October and Mark managed us through the process. He always returned calls, talked us through the mortgage application process and was always on hand to give advice. There are many many cowboys out there who charge a fraction of the price but when you are making one of the biggest purchases in your life it is wise to go with the experts. Agents4u were both friendly and professional in helping us regarding the sale of our late Mother's property. They have the perfect balance of being informative and helpful without being invasive, to the degree that it feels like you are leaving all the stress of house selling to a friend rather than a company!. I would truly recommend them to anyone either selling or looking for a property. There's no sales spiel, or reems of papers shoved into your hands like i found with some other companies that also came out to value the property, just a very relaxed but caring approach. Others could learn a lot from Mark and his team, they made what was a traumatic time for myself and my family alone, without the additional stresses of selling a trouble free experience.

Mark at Agents4u was an instrumental part in our house sale. We experienced an incredible difficult sale due our buyers pulling out a week before we were due to exchange. Thankfully with Marks help we found new buyers within a week and still achieved an asking price offer.
