Mark has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the business. This, along with his professional and diligent approach to engaging the client in the process of selling or buying property is what sets him apart from other estate agents. Mark was not only able to secure a fantastic deal on my new house, but his connection to buyers in the market meant that I was able to sell my old house in 7 days and 3 viewings. As many other people have said here, he also is proactive in ensuring that all parties concerned are kept up to date as well as helping you through the minefield of things to do that is buying and selling your home. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property.

Mark has been unbelievably helpful for us and has been able to guide and advise us as first time buyers. We have been able to call him during evenings as we both work full time, which has been very useful for us.

This is the second time we have used Mark from Agents4u and he is beyond excellent. Really appreciated the constructive feedback he gave us when it came to marketing the property. It's great that he is available until 8pm, 7 days a week as most homebuyers and sellers need to speak to an agent out of the usual business hours. Mark is great to work with even if it took a little longer than expected to sell the house, not the cheapest of estate agents but you get what you pay for and the images really helped sell the house compared to the previous ones we had on Rightmove
