I’ve used several estate agents over the past few years, I’ve tried the cheap online ones including the big one beginning with P and ending in Bricks, never again, as soon as you meet Mark you take to him, great person and estate agent, he said my house will be a full page in the local guardian (you don’t actually believe it will) but a wk later there was my house looking great with his professional photographs, got a great price for my house, I’ll definitely use him again and I tell anyone I know who’s selling to contact mark as Agents4u!. It sounds like marks paid me for this review but he hasn’t! I’m just well chuffed with his service and result!

We have been absolutely delighted with Mark at Agents4U, and would recommend him to anyone coming to the market.
He was confident that we would sell our house quickly and at a good price (which we did). The professional photographs were just amazing and ensured we had a steady stream of viewings. He was proactive when it came to viewers, assessing their position, advising them of ours, and sifting out those who were likely to waste our time. Mark kept us appraised throughout, and always seemed to be available (!) for advice or reassurance in between. One thing that struck us was the positive attitude that Mark maintained throughout the process, from initial consultation, to viewings, to offer. This rubbed off on us, and made the whole experience easier.

Myself and my girlfriend cannot recommend Mark highly enough, as first time buyers he helped us throughout the buying process. He was always very accommodating whenever we wanted to visit the property on numerous occasions too. Mark's communication was excellent throughout the whole process too. He didn't 'gush' unnecessarily over our property during the initial valuation, but instead gave his objective view, pointing out areas that could be easily improved to increase attraction to potential buyers. His advice during the viewing/negotiation phase also helped us achieve an offer above our expectations.

The eventual sale turned out to be a protracted one, but Mark was always available to talk to, and went above and beyond in co-ordinating the various solicitors and agents within the chain.

After purchasing my house with Agents4u, I would not consider using any other Estate Agent when it comes to selling.

The team were available until 8pm every day, which is unbelievably useful for the 9-5 worker! Mark was even available outside of these hours to answer my questions.

The photography was by far the best I've seen from an Estate Agent and the floorplans were clear and concise.

I can't thank Mark enough for selling my property for me. From the beginning he really listened to me, he was realistic, reassuring and inspired confidence. He took care of all of my viewings etc with no inconvienance to me, he definetly made the process of selling as hassle free as possible.
He always replied to my emails very quickly, both inside and outside regular opening hours. This was extremely useful as I could contact him outside my working hours.
Ultimately though, just a few weeks after Mark had taken over my property selling from another estate agent, I had a really good offer from a serious buyer and just weeks later my property has sold! Mark told me at the beginning he would be able to find a buyer quickly, and he did.
