This is a great Company to deal with, they kept me informed when my delivery was coming, from giving me a delivery ‘window’ to updating the time when they were near. The furniture is beautiful and was put in place by Chris and Ryan, who were wonderful and a credit to the Company. I’m thrilled with my new furniture and will be looking to add to it in the near future.

The lady that served us was knowledgable, friendly and just lovely. Easy experience.

A lady called Helen served us today. She was extremely helpful, showing us different options and giving advice. It was a very pleasant experience and I just know we will be back very soon.

I had gone in at the weekend to look at the beds. It was our first bed that we have bought together and so it was very important decision. After looking online in detail as well we decided on the super king ottoman Churchill bed. Online when I had look a few days the bed was £100 cheaper. But it was no longer in the August sale. I asked if there was any discount for blue light card or local people. But no. I asked to pay part cash (money from our wedding) and part card (as it was now more money than I expected) and was told he would prefer card.

Nick and Raj did a fab job delivering my new sideboard this week. Very prompt and courteous, thank you.

Very professional and very high standard!

We ordered a dining room table and paid for delivery and assembly. The table arrived on time, but the delivery men informed us they did not have the tools to assemble the table. We point out the tools were provided in the installation pack. They then informed us they were not trained in assembly. This was on the Friday before the bank holiday weekend. We did speak to a manger, who said he could get an assembly team out by Tuesday. We have since spoken to customer service who could not give a definite assembly date. This has left my wife and myself who are both in our seventies in a state of shock at the poor service we have experienced.

Very happy with the bed, mattress and side table I bought. Delivery was very easy, both the guys didn't great job of getting the furniture in with care.

Ryan & Chris took great care moving the big pantry cupboard through the house and into the kitchen. They did a brilliant job and were really considerate . Thanks lads!

We ordered 4 items and have been impressed with the speed of delivery. There was a hiccup on our delivery day due to driver illness but it was delivered promptly the following day.

Ryan & Chris who delivered our order went above and beyond for us. They were both friendly, polite and professional. Even when I wanted things moving an inch or so, they were happy to oblige. They really do demonstrate the Cotswold Company’s exceptional service.

Everyone we spoke to during the problems with the initial delivery date were extremely apologetic and very helpful.

I highly recommend the Cotswold Company and will have no hesitation in ordering from them again. The quality of the goods and their customer service is outstanding.

I received my first delivery of furniture yesterday and was very pleased with the quality of the items. They were delivered by Morgan and Jacob who were a pleasure to deal with. They were professional, courteous and a great advert for the company. A great company to do business with.

All good nothing to complain about other than the side tables are a bit light in weight
