I had seen a lovely round extendable dining table online. I visited your Godalming store to see the table in real life. Your assistant Trish met us at the store and showed us to the table. She was helpful and knowledgable. The carried various chairs from other displays to show how they looked with the table. She demonstrated the easy extendable feature. I must say that I was lucky to be helped by Trish. She was charming and helped me to decide on this table. I put in an order with full confidence in your products.

Despite the delivery being late, but with roadworks, tractors and traffic everywhere it can’t be helped and I was updated with new delivery times, the actual placing of the furniture was perfect and Ryan &Chris were very helpful and respectful. Thank you

Very helpful and informative

Phoned an order through as was unsure if the dates would work with our holiday, but the sales person sorted out a delivery date that fit nicely.
Marlon and Damian delivered the furniture and we were kept informed of their arrival times. They were very efficient, respectful of my property and cleared all the packaging and took it away with them.

Gary and Jake were very professional and courteous.

We were made welcome as soon as we stepped into the shop. We also had a dog with us and it was confirmed that this was not an issue - water and treats were provided ( for the dog!)
We were directed to the area required, given information and made a purchase.

Ross and Gavin arrived well within the given time slot. They were very professional and helpful in assembling the items and placing in the kitchen, as required by me. Everyhing was handled with the utmost care from ordering (a big thank you to Deborah) to the delivery service.
The Cotswold Company are an excellent organisation wirh a large selection of quality items and great customer service. Highly recommended.

Firstly, great furniture. I have used The Cotswold company many times but never had to do a return, today, I’ve had to return an item as it wasn’t right in my room, the agent made the whole experience so easy. Great customer service!

We had our sideboard delivered today by Ian and Colin. Really fab service, they scoped out how to bring it in, were very helpful and careful. We really appreciated the time they took to put this lovely piece of furniture in place. Excellent delivery service!
