Excellent delivery service

We had our sideboard delivered today by Ian and Colin. Really fab service, they scoped out how to bring it in, were very helpful and careful. We really appreciated the time they took to put this lovely piece of furniture in place. Excellent delivery service!

Delivery and Customer Service was great

We were really pleased with both ordering our furniture in the shop in Stow on the Wold and with delivery today. Both Anthony & Nigel were great deliverers. We hope to see them again soon, when our arm chair gets delivered.

From shop to delivery excellent…

From shop to delivery excellent customer service. The only thing that we felt was a little inflated was the delivery charge and time of delivery. Just shy of £16 for delivery on a product that costs hundreds is a little poor and the time we were given was 6.30am. Thanks…….

Two greats guys delivered our new…

Two greats guys delivered our new furniture. Meticulously unpacked and bought into our lounge. Both were very careful, polite and conscious of our decor, especially as it was not a straightforward location, due to the internal layout of our bungalow.
Once in place, they asked whether we were happy with our purchase.

Cotswold wardrobe

Anthony and Nigel who delivered and put together the wardrobe, did an excellent job, very polite, quick and friendly.
Making sure they left no boxes and shoes were taken off.
Absolutely excellent service, would highly recommend.

Congratulations

On time, even early and apologised for this. Acted with extreme care towards my home and the products they carried. Explained everything fully and assisted me with a small task . Very polite and would recommend both Gary and Jake … they are both a credit to your company.
