Emily has been nothing but exceptional. She has been very patient with me throughout the whole process. I have felt welcome. Lovely warm welcome, asked me all the right questions to know exactly what I was looking for, was very helpful, wasn’t pushy, gave space for us to browse and decide, I never once felt uncomfortable, first time buying a sofa and was very happy with my experience and service that was provided! Experience was very pleasant, we was greeted upon entry into the store by a member of staff who introduced herself to us, explained where the all products are in the store and offered her assistance to help us if we needed it. Top notch service
We were greeted at the door by a lovely man called Denzel. He told us the layout of the shop and where we could find what we were looking for.
On picking our sofa Denzel was there again to take us through the sales process. What a top man! So pleasant and easy to talk to. Thank you Denzel!
