We walked in and were welcomed straightaway by a lovely guy Mustafa in a friendly non pushy way. He asked us what we were looking for, took us straight to it, asked us a few questions. Told us everything we needed to know. We decided to buy it, no hassle, paperwork sorted, job done. He was great, DFS great, we’ve bought loads of furniture over the years and probably will again.

Amazing experience and well taken care of, helped in deciding furniture we need and was very kind and helpful.

A lady named Lynda helped us today. Nothing was too much trouble. She gave us the dimensions of the furniture so we could go home and check the fit. When we returned, she even carried coffee tables over to see if they were to our liking against the chosen furniture. She explained everything regarding care of the furniture and all about the Insurance benefits. Very helpful and patient with our decision making.

Just wanted to know other people dilvery experience,waited allmost 2 -months for my sofa to be dilvered turned up and driver said it would not fit through my door I have 2 choice we taken it back and your get a refund or leave it there , explained I've got kids and we moved in so got no sofa for them to sit on so went went with option to leave it,called my brother to help and took side box off and fitted through the door 🚪 £129 wasted for dilvery and fitting and take rubbish away.DFS answer today we can't do any refund or partial refund due to dilvery being grey area ...

We bought a sofa and a TV unit yesterday from the Brentford store, and we had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. From start to finish my experience was first class. We visited the store a few days before purchase and the young man was very good, think he was called Dallios but not certain. On the day of purchase Sophie was really professional and most helpful and friendly in every way. She thoroughly explained everything that I needed to know about care of furniture and benefits of guardsman. My time in the store was relaxing and pleasant

Steve the advisor was friendly & efficient, he explained everything on the materials, the finance & delivery. Also he was very patient whilst I kept going two sofas I liked!
