Just by chance we saw a Dreams store while having a coffee at Costas. We had been talking about getting a new mattress so we popped in. Chloe, our sales assistant, welcomed us and was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process that we couldn't help but purchase a mattress before we left. A delight from beginning to end.

Excellent staff made our visit a pleasant experience. The choice was superb and the assistant who helped was very patient as we tried all the mattresses recommended by the Sleepmatch machine

Was shown & let test exactly what I wanted. No superfluous sales pitches as the assistant listened th what I wanted & took me straight to the mattresses that were suitable.

Found that during the past two years were difficult to achieve any kind of service until we visited Dreams for our requirement’s (new bed and mattress).
Service was excellent.
Salesperson was friendly and of good mannerisms.
Could not believe delivery time was to the minute.
Great all round service really excellent well done.

The service we received was simply fantastic. Chloe was friendly, patient amd very informative. We went on the sleep machine which found suitable mattresses to maximise our comfort and sleep then tried out all selected mattresses.
The manager was really helpful and all the team were great.
We would definitely recommend Dreams, especially the Ayr Heathfield branch. Thank so, so much, we love our mattress x

I ordered my mattress at your ayr branch and your customer service agent was excellent and very informative of the product so decided to buy it as was the delivery team arrived when they said it would really like my purchase.

I visited the Ayr store to purchase a new matress. The overall experience was fantastic staff lovely very knowledgeable and not to pushy. The lady who served me did not rush me and took all the time i required to allow me to make my purchase. So happy and looking forward to my new bed

Last time I bought a bed was 15yrs ago it too was from Dreams. I visited the Ayr store and spoke with Gareth re my need for an adjustable bed why I needed one. His level of knowledge was excellent and what I like most was that he also considered my budget and ultimately I
found the perfect bed for me at a price I could afford. Highly recommend the assembly service too the guys were professional and friendly and took away all the packaging and tidied up after themselves. So now I am sleeping comfortably in my amazing new bed., sometimes dreams do come true!

Can't really fault the guys in the Ayr store,

Loved the Sleepmatch machine! You lie down on a special mattress machine which gives you within 3 minutes a list of recommended mattresses. Worked great. Excellent service, we came in, chose our mattress, paid and sorted the delivery within 20-25 minutes. Would recommend to anyone.

Superb service and help from all the staff at Ayr Dreams store, we were pleasantly surprised at the attentive store colleagues, even the ones not serving us were very helpful, if you need the correct bed for you, go to dreams!. it's a Dream store to visit !

Superb in-store service, not pushy but informative. Took the time to show me options in my budget and explain the assembly and delivery options. Purchase the product and was delighted with the delivery options, quality of product, assembly and delivery.
