Lovely, very helpful, took me through the full experience and sleep assessment to help me to identify the right mattress. She (sorry don’t remember her name) but was very helpful, answered our questions even as I looked at alternatives not suggested by the assessment. She was helpfully anticipating my needs and even at time answered my questions before I even asked them. She was patient as we used international card for payment. Helped us get a mattress and bed too, and discussing the best options to meet my needs and, she helped me with aligning the right delivery times for both products too thst best suit me. She offered me tea/coffee/water…. She was polite, friendly, professional and warm. Best service ever.

Found the best product for us with the help of a very nice member of staff. Felt very welcome in the shop as well

Great customer service! Always keeping me in the loop regarding my bed. Great help and knowledge when I went to buy it and at a really good price. When it came to delivery I received a couple of emails advising me of date and then time slot and a text message and even received a call on the day from the delivery team to let me know they would be there at the beginning of the time slot. No hassle delivery and assembly. Really friendly delivery team. Would definitely recommend as they were well above the average service.

The gentleman asked if he could help. We showed him the bed we wanted and we went to the desk. He offered us something to drink and we had a water which was really appreciated. He went through everything with us and we baught our bed. He was very helpful and curious. He made the experience very easy.

All members of the Dream beds went over and beyond to help us get the bed of our dreams, right to the delivery guy which were outstanding. I will be back to buy another bed for our other room soon.

Excellent customer care as my mum bought a Tempur mattress. Very helpful and good knowledge of mattresses the shop assistant showed us different mattresses and explained about quality firmness and durability. We tried them and used machine to show what would be best for my mum sleep. Overall great service would definitely use dreams in the future and have recommended to family and friends.

Dreams delivery team were extremely efficient and friendly. They took time to explain the product and answered all my questions. They arrived promptly and completed the task quickly.

We were in need of a new bed, mattress bed side tables and blanket box and we are so glad we came to dreams. The service was great and selection of products was good too.

Attended the dreams store in Dunfermline, it was Ian who really helped us with everything and also we bought a fab mattress, bedside tables to match our bed, pillows, bed covers plus blanket. Fantastic service from Ian and Argentinian lady (I can’t remember her name). Bed arrived a pretty quick and delivery service was outstanding too. I would highly recommend this store or company to anyone. 10/10 service. Polite staff, friendly and highly experienced. Thank you and we will buy from you again.

Bought my first bed from the Dunfermline store not loong after it opened 11 years agon and had great service including with extended warranty so when I needed a new base (mattress still fine) there was only one place I was going to go and that was back to Dreams!
Sales Assistant was very friendly and very knowledgeable and took the time with me to ensure i got the product that most suited my needs and then processed the order for me! Very satisified!

Such great customer service in the Dunfermline store and we felt well informed about our choices. The bed was delivered on time and the delivery team kept us informed of their progress and timing for delivery. The bed and mattress are a dream - best sleep we’ve had in 30 years and a month in, still sleeping soundly. Couldn’t have asked for more!

The service I received from Gus was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The whole experience from start to finish was seamless and positive. It was great to be able to actually test the mattress in store.
