How can you assemble a bed with no fixings???
Staff delivering the beds were really nice. The Murphy bed is lovely. Sadly that is where the positives end.
Ordered the Hart bed with assembly and when the guys went to build the bed there were no fixings!!
A truly abysmal experience with dreams who when contacted via customer services were non plussed by the issue. Fobbed off with we will post fixings out and then you contact again to rearrange assembly.
Kevyn who brought the beds said he'd never experienced this in his 4 years working with the company and was apologetic. I understand it's not his fault but I also know it is someone's fault as there should be a process in place to ensure all the relevant components are included.
I am extremely disappointed with dreams and will not be recommending their services to others.

After having our discussion I can confirm I will try and get the parts to you as soon as possible and then also organise for the bed to be assembled. I will call tomorrow with a further update once our parts department has reopened after the bank holiday.

Professional salesman whose product knowledge was second to none. Other members of staff very caring and friendly. Everything thing we requested was carried out properly and patiently.
Would certainly recommend the dunfermline store to family and friends.

Staff were friendly
Staff were friendly, knowledgable and adhered to safe distancing etc. I also attended different bed shop that day, but the options available and the prices at Dreams, made it impossible to shop elsewhere.
