Fantastic service from Alan. Very informative about the products and plenty of time to try mattresses. It’s the best service we had anywhere and can’t wait to get the tempur mattress

Good communication on delivery time and taken to specified room. Delivery men happy and friendly. Slight problem in assembling bed as part in wrong place. Hammer and drill rectified.

To begin I would give Dreams 0 stars but it would not allow me to do this so I had no choice but to give it one star.I don't know where to start Craig who assisted me seemed to know what he was doing but he clearly didn't.I placed an order and I asked if it would all be delivered.He said yes everything but 2 lumber pillows so I said I would take one today and collect the other one the next day.I paid for everything Craig said he wouldn't be in tomorrow but he would tell the member off staff and I left happy.Next day I went in said my name and got my other pillow and left.I went to a shop close by and when I was passing Dreams the member off staff come s out and was being very loud trying to get my attention I had ear buds on so took them out and he is telling me you haven't paid for that pillow.I couldn't process what was happening and I felt like I was being treated like a shoplifter.I went in paid for pillow because I felt pressurized to and left.How dare he come and confront me when I was minding my own business and to do it outside the shop.I decided to cancel my order and I got the same man who told me I would not be getting a refund.A couple off minutes later he changed his mind and said I would get a full refund and put the phone down on me . I am absolutely disgusted at the way I have been treated

I would have given five stars but for the music being played in store. I would have preferred something classical or more easy listening pop.

Parking at the store in Elgin was easy.
The salesman was available at the desk and came over to meet me.

Recently bought a mattress from Dreams. I didn't realise how much of a science it was. Thanks to Alan at the store, we were so well informed about the importance of a good mattress and how to best find one that suited us both. We laid down and were analysed based on our preferred laying positions and stress points and the mattress is absolutely perfect for us! Delivery was even more exceptional as the delivery team carried the mattress up, unpackaged it, set it up and took all of the packaging away. I would recommend to anyone. A good night's sleep is priceless, we can't thank Alan enough for helping us!

The assistant I saw on each of my visit's was really helpful and able to answer any questions I had being this was the first time I've needed to purchase a mattress.

Customer service was fantastic. We were assisted by Craig who was very friendly and chatty and also very knowledgeable. He checked availability on a number of beds and mattresses for me.

Craig at Dreams in Elgin was very helpful in helping my partner and I in finding a new mattress, he knew his stuff and guided us in finding a brilliant mattress. The delivery team were very good and kept me informed of delivery ahead of time. 100% recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff (Alan). Greeted and offered a drink straight away. Given advice and help to choose the product we needed but also left to browse undisturbed. Full range of services explained. Store was clean and tidy with a good range of stock considering the size of the branch. Delivery very quick. Overall a very good experience. We can highly recommend Dreams.

Very professional knowledgeable staff. Took time to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase, explained fully all different mattress choices.

We went to the Elgin store, were lucky to have Alan serve us, he was informative, helpful, not pushy. He helped us find our sofa bed easily giving us a demonstration of how it worked, the specifications etc. Couldn't ask for better service.

I went into the local Dreams in Elgin and was greeted by the staff who were both knowledgable and helpful. After been shown multiple types of bed which fit what the machine said would give me the best sleep I was still a bit indecisive so I left for the day. I came back later that week and bought the mattress and bedframe I had tried and enjoyed and checked online.

I was offered discounts that the staff checked were available and purchased the bed and waited for its arrival. It was very comfy to sleep on compared to the bed I had before.

I would heartily recommend the Dreams in Elgin as the staff were very friendly and knew what they were talking about.

We bought a king sized tv bed and mattress for my daughter. I must state, that Alan the salesman who I dealt with was fantastic in every aspect of the sale. Alan was very professional from my initial meet and greet and through the sales process to my enquiry to TV beds, and then onto the successful completion of a sale, he demonstrated exemplary customer service and product knowledge. The non pushy honest sales approach process regarding product and service with insurance products etc he demonstrated led to me successfully purchasing a new bed and mattress etc at the dreams Elgin store.

This is the first time I have bought any products from dreams, but I would highly recommend the dreams Elgin store. And I would certainly share this buying experience I have recently experienced with family and friends and definitely mention to discuss all their bed buying requirements with Alan the salesman. Alan was fantastic in all aspects of the sales buying process at dreams Elgin, and is a true asset to the the dreams Elgin store and business in general.

We as a family, especially my daughter are excited to take delivery of the TV bed in the new year, and are extremely satisfied with the overall experience we had at Dreams of Elgin.

Very good service all round in the store looking forward to our new mattress arriving next week.

This service wasn't great at the start but with a phone call and emails to and from Peter, these issues were dealt with. Thank you Peter for your input.

Moaned about their service on here this morning as mattress was not getting delivered with bed frame which they did inform us 2 days prior to delivery. Unfortunately could not give a date when mattress was arriving.
My review on here was seen by Peter & I have to say I am impressed with how everything has turned out.
It's nice to see big companies do still care & appreciate their customers & will do what they can to rectify it. So thank you Peter. Looking forward to my mattress on Wednesday 🤞
