Great experience at Dreams Elgin. Very helpful staff who knew exactly what I needed. Ended up with a much better (and completely different) mattress to the one I’d thought I wanted!

Staff in Elgin store are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & not pushy. We wanted a motion bed. Tried various mattresses & got free pillows & mattress protector.

Very happy :)
Visited the Elgin store to buy a new mattress. Maggie was very helpful and pleasant; she had us try the sleep machine and gave us loads of options and choices. She recommended what she thought would suit us best and didn't rush us to choose, letting us try out as many as we liked until we found the right one

Great beds & great service
I went to the branch in Elgin where we received excellent service and found exactly what we were looking for. Sales assistant was knowledgeable and very helpful. Sales process was smooth and delivery date was as requested. Would highly recommend this store.
