Made up with purchase. Only went in to see what was what while looking for mattresses for my wife who going through chemo treatment. And while being hard of hearing and blind the staff at Speke dream store was fantastic they were patient and informative with everything i am really made up with our purchase. So glad I went in when I did.

The staff had the patience to present us all the divan beds and was able to provide us all the details we needed: type of divan beds, colours, materials, etc. She also presented us the 4 type of mattresses that were suitable for me and my partner, after taking the test. I liked the fact that they gave us the space and time to decide, not pushing too much for a sale. Which was a success because we ended up buying that bed though we didn't intend to. Thank you!

From mattress testing in store to the bed being delivered and built, it was nothing but smooth sailing. In store experience was excellent, Quinn at Speke ensured we found the exact bed we were looking for, their manner and customer service was fabulous. Andy and Dave on the delivery and build were great, on time, tidy and efficient. Took the time and care to ensure I was happy before they left. The bed is also ridiculously comfy!

Excellent support from Joe in the Speke branch. My backside no longer hurts because I bought a Tempur mattress. Delivered when they said, unlike John Lewis who have never delivered to me on time.

There was plenty to choose from at the store which had a good display set up and everywhere was smart and clean.The Staff at Speke, Liverpool were just wonderful. They listened to my needs and spent time in getting me exactly what I wanted. They were polite and very helpful.

I’d definitely recommend Dreams. The bed we got from the store in Speke was a decent price and really nice quality. I like the fact we were given a specific delivery date on the day of purchase. We also paid for the delivery staff to dispose of all the packaging, and they did a great job.

We were extremely happy with the service that we received in the shop. Tim, the sales assistant was very helpful but not pushy he obviously knew what he was talking about and gave us good advice without being overbearing. We would certainly recommend using them to friends and will return for future purchases.

just go here for you beds pillows . don't bother with anywhere else

It was my first visit to a Dreams shop and I could not fault anything. James assisted me and was absolutely brilliant, very patient and understanding of my needs and my budget. James went through the dream experience of the three minutes on the bed where it records what mattress is best suitable and then took time showing me the different mattress and explaining in full detail all about them and gave me time to try out the different beds until I found the one that was perfect for me. He then took time explaining the bed frames, he never once pushed me into a sale but gave me all the information and space for me to make my own decision in my own time. I could not fault anything and the whole experience of buying a new bed was pleasant, I was looked after and treated excellent, the other staff were also very friendly and pleasant too, I highly recommend Dreams.

We where undecided on the type of mattress and bed frame we wanted. Tim, the store representative, provided us with all the support we needed in order to make an informed choice. The whole process was made easy by Tim and we are very happy with the purchase that we made.
