A staff member by the name of Emily, had a very busy Saturday, and i watched her deal with a local resident having a mental health crisis, with care and attention, along with serving customers who walked through the door. Emily was also managing to deal with a customer who had an appointment, showing her all types of models along with test driving whilst staying calm, helpful, thoughtful, smiling and professionally. I visited the Oldham shop recently…
I visited the Oldham shop recently feeling apprehensive and looking to buy a mobility scooter. I was put at ease by Rachel very quickly. We discussed my needs and she was very helpful finding the correct scooter to suit me. I was allowed a test drive, which gave me confidence with Rachel's guidance. She went over and above to help ( we even had quite a laugh), great company. I came away with my purchase, very happy, therefore I have now got my freedom to go out and about again.
