I ordered my photo from eframe. There were lots of options to choose from. I went bold and I must admit it looks fantastic. Highly recommend eframe. My photo looks professional as well in the frame. Photo quality is stunning. They kept me updated when dispatched with a tracking number and a prompt delivery as well.

Frames came quickly and well packaged. The frames themselves feel cheap and flimsy with poor finish and rough cut perspex. Needed bespoke sizes for small print and a painting and didn’t want to spend too much. These do the job and once on the wall they look fine but feel overpriced for quality.

Brilliant customer service and product better than I thought it would be, excellent quality and price .

I’ve used E Frame 3 times and they’ve been perfect every time. The website tool/process for getting the custom size you need is simple and well explained throughout. The frames come fast, delivered by a proper delivery service (not the ones who throw your parcel at the door and run away) and the packaging is extremely well designed and protective.
My only difficulties have been on two of my artworks, they were signed quite close to the edge. The mount board sizing tool on their website says “input the size of the print and we’ll subtract 4-5mm on each side so your print doesn’t fall through the mount”. The problem for me was I wanted to give very exact sizes and have a tiny overlap to not obscure the artist signature. It was super hard working out how big I should say my pint is in order for the subtracted amount not to be too much! It worked out though, I managed to get just 1 or 2 mm overlap. It would be nice if I could just give the precise dimensions of what I want the mount aperture to be. Overall, terrific service and I’ll use it again.

Comms, purchase and delivery were good. Very disappointed with the quality of the ‘glass’ which was Perspex. I didn’t realise it would not be real glass, which is my fault for not reading the details thoroughly. However, the Perspex was poorly cut and finished. Will not be buying any more in future.

Very helpful customer service who knew the details about their frames (where many competitors didn't!). Wonderful frames which were exactly as I wanted.

Placed an order, then double checked with eframe online chat, that the measurements were correct. Only to receive the wrong size frame. I have tried to contact this company via email & online chat, but unless it’s an order being placed, no one is willing to converse. I will definitely not be using this company again.
