I created a panoramic photo from a series of photographs and from this I had eframe produce a large canvas print (120cm by 30cm) with a wooden frame. It was quickly made and I was informed of progress along the way. It was delivered in 4 days and I am very pleased with the result. Super packaging and excellent quality of work. This is my first order and as a keen photographer, I will be using again very soon.

Frames arrived in a timely manner with good communication from the company, however the quality is awful. Flimsy and cheap despite the price. I’m upset I wasted my money here. I assume the ‘positive’ reviews are fake/AI generated. I have requested a refund.

After reading the details on how to measure correctly and leaving 5 mm for the wood of the frame the print fitted perfectly. It was easy follow when the frame would be made and delivered.

Really delighted with the mounts I ordered from eframes. Quality is great and I had great customer service from eframes. I had to change some dimensions - penny dropped just after I had placed my order, but eframes were great and amended without fuss. Prompt delivery too. I would use them again and have no hesitation to recommend.

Actual frame works very well, and absolutely perfect size. For the price, this was a brilliant service. Only reason that it doesn't get 5* is that the images used on the site aren't all that easy to colour match or see (I'd say what arrived is significantly lighter than how it looks online; some in situ photographs would be helpful) and the payment process errored multiple times, without giving any good reason. I also never received a confirmation email that my order had been placed, and had to check with my bank to see that payment had been taken. Would love the ability to upgrade to glass as well, though the plastic is very good quality.
