Cannot rate Gould and Harrison estate agents highly enough.
We have been looking for our forever home for about a year so having decided on one we didn't want to lose it.
We had a number of challenges along the way but thanks to Nigel and his team we were able overcome them.
Very professional and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.
Thank you guys for getting us through a very stressful time.  Without your expertise we may have not had the best outcome.

We initially choose Gould and Harrison as my parents knew Nigel Gould and we felt that they also had the best presence in the Ashford area. After our initial meeting with Lee I was convinced that this would be the correct decision. Lee has invaluable experience and a straight talking approach which we value. He quickly knew how to market our property and was always sending suitable propertys to view that met our criteria. We also then dealt with Andy day to day who had the upmost paitience with having to sell our property twice and our longer than average completetion. Andy has years of experience and this was obvious throughout the process. He also has a calming relaxed demeanour which certainly helped during the stressful parts of our sale. The whole team are a well run slick machine and it is quite clear why they are the top Estate agent in the Ashford area. I hope not to move for a long time but if I do they will be the first people I'll call. The Kitts family.

It was difficult enough with the Covid restrictions and the solicitors were extremely slow but we got there eventually and would highly recommend there services if needed ,

Brilliant service from Lee and the team at Gould and Harrison. Lee found our dream house in Wye which is a really difficult area to get properties in and also sold our house with little fuss. He managed the whole chain of sale, chasing solicitors, buyers etc to make sure we completed before the stamp duty deadline. I doubt you would get this level of service from any other agents in the area. I can't recommend highly enough.

You definitely want Lee to sell you a house. We've found him to be really professional, quick to respond, honest and open about what's happening behind the scenes and willing to put in the hours to make a sale happen. I always try to use local, independent businesses where possible and Gould & Harrison are a great example of the reason why. They have less of a corporate approach in buying & selling and offer more of a personal guide through the process.

Totally professional, supportive and informative from the moment they marketed the sale of my home to completion, the entire team was excellent. Anybody considering selling their home will not be disappointed with Gould & Harrison as they truly represent excellence in property sales.

I put in an offer on a property Gould Harrison was selling. The vendor accepted my offer and was told by Lee he would contact me once the owners had found another property. I never heard from Lee, 3 months later I got very aggressive and threatening messages from Lee. Next thing I know my solicitors contacted their solicitors do start the searches and was told the sellers were no longer selling to me. Turned out after I waited 3 months I then got guzumpt for £2500 and Gould Harrison didn’t have the decency to tell me. I would recommend people avoid Gould Harrison as much as they can.

I was very happy with my experience using Gould Harrison to sell my property. They were very professional and kept great communication, ultimately helping me to achieve the sale price I had requested. I would especially like to thank Lee Blackman personally, as the agent I was dealing with he made the whole process seamless and stress free. if you're looking for an estate agent then I would wholeheartedly recommend Gould Harrison and in particular Lee Blackman who we dealt with throughout. Customer service was excellent, timely and efficient and despite all that is going on around us they chased and cajoled to deliver the sale on time and at a fair price.

Excellent communication and always going above and beyond for us. Was a pleasure to deal with GH, for not only the sale of our first home but the purchase of our new home. A particular mention to Lee Blackman whose service was second to none and was always at the end of the phone when we needed him. Always on our side through difficult circumstances, kept us sane and ensured a successful outcome.

Great service from all the team from start to finish. It was a stressful experience buying a house during lockdown however Gould Harrison really made the experience as stress free as possible keeping us up to date and even getting us to view the house straight after lockdown was lifted. Great experience highly recommend. Lee was especially great!
