They patiently, professionally and diligently communicated and liased with all parties to not only resolve issues but try and preemptively head off any problems. I cannot recommend Gould Harrison highly enough. Nigel came out and valued the property, such a kind sincere gentleman who knows the industry extremely well. Nigel knows his market and talked us through the whole selling process. We knew this was the estate agency for us.

We received regular updates, calls and emails.

This is no ordinary estate agents, this is the elite. In my opinion heads above any other in the area. Their fees are in line with the other agents, but that is where the comparison stops.

Having just purchased and sold our houses with GH we had placed our feedback on the site but for some reason it did not appear in the sites feedback which worries me that our views are not taken seriously and this whole process is a total waste of time. Why have a site that selects people's feedback to suit the website.
I will use GH again becasuse they were brilliant and made the whole process so easy.
The agent who dealt with our purchase and sale was Lee and he was excellent from the start.
Keeping us informed throughout and always very approachable.

As a former estate agent I can tell the difference between good and bad; as I started my own first time buying experience I was dreading the prospect. What I wasn't expecting was to find an exceptional estate agency here in Ashford - Gould Harrison rightly deserves to be described that way.
From my very first contact, Lee Blackman treated me with the attentive, considerate care that most agents reserve for their sellers only. He really listened to what I had to say in person; read and replied to all my emails very quickly, showing clear understanding and setting my mind completely at rest during what would otherwise have been a difficult and tense time.
I was particularly impressed by the fact that he wasn't afraid to enlist the support of the firm's senior partners to confirm the seller's support, chase slow solicitors and refer me to other experts.
Overall, my dealings with the staff at Gould Harrison has not only given me the home I have always wanted, but has also restored my faith in human nature. They have demonstrated that it is possible to act with the highest professional integrity in a competitive environment; their core product is not property, but trust itself.

Lee was an essential part of the sale and without his assistance I would not have got the price I did. He not only got me the best price but was invaluable in driving the sale process forward, by chasing and communicating with the buyers, the solicitors and the management company, all of whom would have dragged their feet and put the sale to the bottom of the pile otherwise.

Lee is a very knowledgeable and professional EA and I found his honest and direct approach very refreshing and in stark contrast to the shocking service I have encountered elsewhere in the industry.

I sold my Mum's bungalow through G&H and unfortunately my Mum passed away during the process so it ended up having to go through probate. Lee was on the case all the way through and kept me in the loop at all times with good communication. If it hadn't been for Lee and the G&H team the whole process would have taken a lot longer as they were chasing both sets of solicitors constantly. Great efficient team.
When the original buyer started to play games I got an honest view from Lee on what he believed the best route forward to be, on taking that advice the sale was more profitable.
