Great service from G&H. Lee was fantastic and very professional.
G&H kept in touch and informed me of new properties as they came on the market.
As soon as the property I purchased came on the market, Lee got in touch with me and showed me the property promptly.
With the current Covid19 situation, I wasn't sure if the sale would go through but great communication from Lee who kept me informed throughout the process.
I would definitely recommend G&H.

Nigel and the team were great from start to finish, in what was a difficult sale with lease extensions etc. They did all the viewings, kept me regularly updated and were the cheapest! It is obvious that as a local company they have that extra level of customer service you don't see with some of the other big name agents. As they know their area so well and they understand their clients needs, they can effectively match buyer with property. Our house sold on the first viewing and they even gave us advice and support on properties on our house purchase, even though it was out of their area. This helps to speed up the process and ensures you know where you are and of anything you have to do.

Having bought my house from Lee in 2012 I knew that he was familiar with it and had no hesitation instructing him when I came to sell. Lee is very aware of the market in Ashford and surrounding villages which really helps. He is also good at identifying the right buyer for the right property. The GH team are great to deal with - very knowledgeable and understanding. They kept the whole chain informed and saw what turned out to be a very lengthy transaction through to the end.
