Quick, easy and very polite.
Every insurance company i have been with have been nothing but unreliable and arrogant. I was a bit skeptical when i saw the price as it was much cheaper than other insurers. The service was quick and easy, they also gave me a website to use to upload my documents. Honestly the easiest process for insurance in all my years of driving.

my campervan has been insured with Herts for the last 3 years and I have had nothing but excellent service, I have called with a few questions and found all the stafff very friendly and professional in their work. The rates are very good and covers everything we need.

Went to this insurance company from a petrol price comparison web site that i get regular updates from.
Very long winded, transferred me several times and kept me waiting. Got the impression it was very impersonal, to big to know much about the customers - if the knew them!
They refused me insurance for an undisclosed reason. Very likely due to the issue I have had with Hastings insurance who have not take the money for the car insurance as they said they would.
Have no issues with this company. If they are going to refuse insurance without disclosing problems they will loose good clients! People of my age are very diligent we grew up in post war GB!
