Good international plans
The plans are pretty good for international calling.
Customer service is bad. Even though my issue was resolved, I was not informed of it. There was no reply to follow up emails.
Mostly, it's good. Works in other European countries too. But in some places in Vienna, I do not get 4G.

Lycamobile Rocks!
A few years ago I heard terrible things about Lycamobile but I have to say that they must have really done their homework as the service is now 5 star. Highly recommend, even at twice the price.

Sim card activation was not user…
Sim card activation was not user friendly. I had to retry multiple times (nearly for 3 days) in order to activate it. Finally after the activation, validity of the card already started.
