bought a SIM card last week because of cheap international calls. I cannot register the card in Vienna or on the Internet. I wait until tomorrow for an answer, then I request the purchase price back.

The registration of the sim card is a bad joke, the software that recognizes the pictures of the face and the identity card is not able to recognize and approve the registration. Silly joke honestly ... disappointed.

Good international plans
The plans are pretty good for international calling.
Customer service is bad. Even though my issue was resolved, I was not informed of it. There was no reply to follow up emails.
Mostly, it's good. Works in other European countries too. But in some places in Vienna, I do not get 4G.
