I approached Martinco with a sense of dread because from my experience dealing with estate agencies was something that had to be endured in order to find a flat. To my surprise, I met Rob Hall from Martinco at our first flat viewing and he was very friendly and did not give us a hard sell or try to push us in any way. The friendliness continued even after we were signed up as tenants. All the paperwork needed to move into our new flat was uncomplicated and a lot of it was done by email and online portals which was very convenient. There were no excessive fees / hidden costs which was a great relief. I think that Martinco is a great asset to Wanstead because it provides an important service within the community with great friendliness and without crippling charges. I can only recommend - and I never thought I would ever recommend an estate agency.

I have been a tenant in my property with Martin and Co for 5 years now and I have always notice a massive change in the past year with their treatment, even management has got involved to make sure issues where sorted and dealt with.

I found Rob H from Martin & Co very polite and knowledgeable and someone who can act as quick as speed of light. The whole process to let a flat was very smooth, he kept me updated on a daily basis and did everything that is required.

I highly recommend Rob H and Martin & Co. the best I have seen so far.

I honestly recommend this agency, you would get value for money and a very professional service (I would not recommend my previous landlord to anyone, but this is another story!!)

Without doubt, the best agent we have dealt with on Wanstead High Street, for both Sales and Lettings.
Initially, we decided to test out the Wanstead area and as such, seeing as Martin & Co generally have the most lettings properties on their books, we set them with the task of finding us a family home to rent. After showing us 6 properties that were all within our set criteria of location and budget, we finally chose a suitable 4 bedroom house in central Wanstead and lived there for 4 years, without any hassle from their maintenance team- Andy and Sarah.

More recently, however, we had a very pleasurable experience with the Sales team having sold our own property through Martin & Co and our forward purchase. They made the whole experience stress-free and were always at hand to answer any of our (many) questions. Would highly recommend.
