I don't normally do this sort of thing but the service provided by Martin & Co and in particular Richard Conlan was so exceptional I felt obliged.

Having had our property on with numerous other agents in the area we were close to giving up hope but once we made the switch the whole process from start to finish was quick and pain free. I could not recommend them more highly. The personalised service and interactions with Richard in particular are of major value to the organisation.

As we all know moving home can be a very Sressfull time but my experience using Martin & Co estate agents was absolutely amazing. I dealt primarily with a young chap called Richard Conlan who right from the start put myself and my wife at ease with his positivity and attentiveness throughout the whole process. We were kept updated as to how things were progressing and in the end what I believed would be a stressful time was actually quite the opposite. We are now in our new home with little fuss and I would like to thank young Richard at Martin and Co. for all his help.

Rob persisted on a difficult property that came with lots of administrative hurdles and a unique agent set-up. His consistent approach was integral to my finally securing the flat and thereby getting a new home for me and my young daughter.
