Website crashed twice during booking online. Took multiple payments. Not impressed!

This company always delivers. Booking and guidance regarding resort or any other issues you may have. You can always talk to a representative wether in resort or prior to holiday. Not really surprised that people are on their 3rd/4th visit.

Great service from a friendly and helpful team

We go twice a year to Neilson beach clubs. Its pretty much perfect.

I booked online so not too much help as of yet. However when I rang up with an alteration re name/date of birth it was dealt with quickly/efficiently

Had to do it twice the whole system crashed whilst checking out and then the holiday could be found on the server for about 15mins then worked fine

Not sure i have recived the pdf docs but maybe that comes later

Easy to book … cost went per person in the week I took to book

There is so much to do from dawn to dusk!
Great tuition and a chance to meet new people through all the activities.
The club board food is always good and the accommodation is clean and well maintained.

booked the trip as it said on the neilson site that at least 2 2hr guiding and coaching sessions were included. got here and the guides say the don't do coaching just guiding!!!

The lady I spoke to was 5 stars but the website didn't give a true picture of room availability.

You can guess which way it was wrong but this was nearly counter productive for them as we wanted a few rooms which didn't appear to be available.

Andorra Ski Holiday. Hotel Casale-catered chalet.
A mix of very good, good , not goodand some very disappointing things that detracted from the holiday.
Very good- staff, meals,
Good -rooms, skiing
Not good- staff a bit keen to close off meal times and close the bar early.
Very Disappointing-it is much further to walk to ski lockers and gondola than the brochure would suggest. If you’re a beginner you’ll need a locker at the gondola-which is not mentioned prior to arrival-and this is £120/week. If you can ski basic you can take locker at the Nordic for £50 and ski to the gondola.
We learnt my this too late-we took locker at Nordic and suffered the painful walk from locker to gondola-and even more painful one back uphill to drop off ski kit. And then a 15 min uphill walk back to hotel. There are NO SKI BUSES in resort to help you.
Sunday to Sunday holiday not very practical for those that work, especially as the travelling to and from destinations is very long. Also for those customers (or potential customers) that don’t live in the South East-getting to the only airport offered , Gatwick is a pain and off putting. Neilson maybe be losing customers because of this. (Yes, we did ask if we could fly from a different airport and meet-the answer was ‘no”)

Neilson continue to deliver excellent value for money activity holidays. We have booked 3 now, experienced one last year - Messini Beach Club.
The booking system is easy to navigate and quick.
We have booked Messini again in May and a flotilla sail in the Ionian in September. Keep up the excellent work Neilson and we'll keep booking our holidays with you.

Excellent booking experience on the phone. The assistant created and priced a tailor made package for us. We have booked Neilson again.
