But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

We’re a British-born and raised interiors and lifestyle brand who design and make furniture, lighting and accessories for your whole home.

This morning Alfi and Josh delivered our kitchen furniture to our new home. So impressed, they were both, professional, friendly and very polite. When they finished building the items, they explained care instructions and warranties.

The delivery men were superb- Steve and…

The delivery men were superb- Steve and Ryan. Their customer service and product knowledge was excellent. We had a large order and 2 chairs didn’t quite fit and they liaised with customer service and sorted it out with no fuss whatsoever. A credit to Neptune!

A great experience working with Neptune from the excellent advice from Ciara in Neptune Hove to the first class delivery service from Sean and Kye on the day of delivery. Our lounge looks beautiful with our new furniture and we will not hesitate to use Neptune in the future.

Beautiful furniture

The products are amazing. Alfie and Josh did a fab job building our bed and made sure we were happy with the placement of the rug before they went. There was a bit of a mix up with our original delivery but Lucy sorted it out for us in the end and overall we are very pleased.

Excellent service at all stages

I have just taken delivery of two pieces of Neptune furniture. Firstly the purchasing experience at Bradley Gardens with Linda and Mark was lovely. The items I wanted have been delivered within two weeks and the delivery team of Mihai and Ninel ( I hope I have spelt their names correctly) was wonderful. Both the men were extremely professional, polite and experts that navigating narrow doors to get the items in. I would definitely purchase furniture from Neptune again. Very impressed, thank you.

We went to buy garden furniture

We went to buy garden furniture. We had researched online and thought we knew what we wanted but wanted to see/feel/sit on it first! We actually decided in a different range having seen it in store. Very nice store, staff were really helpful. Good to have a disabled toilet. Unfortunately I’m currently a wheelchair user (temporarily). There are a number of steps in the store, luckily I can manage a few steps but couldn’t go upstairs. This was a shame as we are also looking for a new bed.

The greeting as soon as you step…

The greeting as soon as you step through the door, by cheery happy staff. The products are impeccable and room sets and styling are inspiring, I wanted to buy everything!
But the personality of it, your made to feel as if that store is solely for you. I was introduced to all the staff is was fab. Unlike any experience I’ve had before where staff really couldn’t give a jot!
Well done Neptune, totally looking forward to my nxt visit.

We were helped by Maddie who took great care of us and was so supportive. She went above and beyond ringing around others stores so that we could view alternative products before making our choice and placing our order. A gorgeous store with helpful staff moving things around the store to help us picture the scene - great coffee too!

Both the service in the York store and the delivery were excellent. The delivery team took great care to ensure the furniture was installed in the room where we wanted it and that everything was to our satisfaction.
