Floral display

I was looking for help with a floral display. The lady listened and took in everything i wanted and created the most stunning display. I could never have done that on my own. All of the staff are always really happy and helpful and make it a pleasure to visit.

Top marks all round to Neptune

Our Neptune chair is just as gorgeous, comfortable and well made as we had hoped. It looks perfect in our cottage and complements what we already have.
Amie from the Guildford store was so helpful from the start and kept me well informed.
Sean & Josh delivered the chair with perfect timing, whilst being very polite and considerate. We could not have asked for better service from them.

Excellent

The coffee table purchased exceeded my expectations. It’s not only beautiful but solid and craftsmanship is flawless. The delivery experience by the 2 persons coming has been very good too regarding communication, punctuality, assembling and taking away the packaging.
The only tiny thing it could have been improved, it was that I asked for the wood care product to be added to my order after purchase (obviously being invoiced for it) to avoid extra shipping cost but it was never addressed.

Now I am looking forward to purchasing a dinning set in the coming months.

Beautiful store, wonderful shopping experience

Visited the wonderful Neptune store near York. It’s a large, lovely store housing many of Neptune’s beautiful products laid out in room settings allowing you to both experience the products but get ideas for your own home. It allows you to see, touch and experience the quality and craftsmanship of items which, at first sight online, may appear expensive, but when seen “in the flesh” you appreciate what you’re paying for.
We arrived on a cold, wet, blustery morning and were greeted by a lovely member of staff offering us a tea or coffee to warm us up. Nothing is too much trouble to the staff but they don’t pressure you in any way.
My husband and friends laughed at how much I enjoyed visiting until they visited themselves and now agree that it’s a wonderful retail experience full of beautiful goods and good old fashioned polite and friendly service.
Highly recommend it!

I love visiting

I love visiting. There is always a warm welcome at the Mickle Trafford store, and staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, as well as very knowledgeable. The store is tranquil and calm and lovely to browse around. In essence a wonderful experience, with a wonderful team of people to help make the experience a very pleasant one.

It’s always a pleasure to visit…

It’s always a pleasure to visit Neptune, whichever branch, they each have their own charm. The staff are very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Beautiful items and very good quality, somewhere to get that special gift or give yourself a treat. The furnishings and furniture are very well made and will last a lifetime.

The staff are always very friendly and…

The staff are always very friendly and there to help if needed. A drink is offered while you browse the displays. They are getting better with their "available now" items but could still improve. Who wants to wait 11-12 weeks for an item !! Furniture is a good quality but they do charge for delivery which used to be free.

While we are always trying to improve on lead times, the 11+ weeks is normally due to an item being made to order which is not a process we can currently expedite as it is made from scratch in our factory, customised to your requirements. There are also sometimes items that do go out of stock, we always try to re-stock as quickly as possible.
We do now need to charge for deliveries due to the rising cost of delivering but I will pass on all of your review to the appropriate teams as we truly appreciate all feedback.

Love Neptune and have spent thousands…

Love Neptune and have spent thousands here. However, had time on my hands and thought I’d leave reviews on my experience with faux flowers which I generally adore and only buy from Neptune. Thought I’d get the bad one out of the way first. Said it faded in the light quickly and the local Neptune would not replace (this was not over a long period but a season) with the pittisporum. (Actually found it with the magnolia leaves also and the mimosa flowers. Then went on to write the others which are fabulous and I have bought loads.) Very strange…… no matter how many times I tried to write a review again it would not let me. Seems to have blocked my reviews from now on! Hopefully I am wrong but can they not accept any criticism. It keeps companies on their toes and it was honest feedback. What a shame.

Ordered a Long Island sofa in mid July…

Ordered a Long Island sofa in mid July 2025, from a French agent. Made the final payment in September, sofa arrived in France late November with the wrong loose cover, 5 weeks after their estimated delivery date.

It's now the end of March 2026 and I'm still waiting for the correct cover.

Very little the agent can do and Neptune conveniently will not answer any request directly from me to resolve the problem quickly, even though it was their mistake.

Love their products but this has finished any chance of buying further items from them.

Lucy Campbell has been truly wonderful

Lucy Campbell has been truly wonderful, helping me with the return of a broken mirror and replacement. The couriers were being a little unreliable and she truly went above and beyond to help me, chasing them and getting in touch every morning and afternoon for me.

She is incredibly professional, attentive and an asset to your company.

I will definitely be buying from Neptune in the future, it means so much to know I can buy from somewhere where there is personal care and attention.
