Using Northgate Grantham has always been a good experience, the service is pleasant and the work to a good standard.
Customer service is very good too, I'm always kept supplied with tea and coffee whilst I wait for work to be completed, which is done in good time.

Thank you, reminder was sent out in advance too book in a service job on my vehicle which I found very helpful, booked in no problem and around my work schedule which is fantastic offer and received a like for like replacement while the vehicle is as in for its service, great communication from the team, very friendly and helpful everything went smoothly got my vehicle back which had seat covers on the seats ( even though I have covers on mine as I have a dirty job ) which shows me they look care if it during their time, very happy and big thank you for a stress free time
