Misleading email
Email sent out was VERY misleading. The new upgrade for satellite access is dependant on the latest mobile and if you are travelling into the mountains. How about fixing just a good service for where I live in Farnham. Just make the email clear and use the alleged £2 million a day spending on fixing the service here in Surrey, before "wandering" into the mountains. VERY disappointed customer....again.

Lack of signal in built up areas in 2026 is honestly shambolic. I live in the suburbs of a city, can literally stand in front of the local 5G mast and barely register 4g connectivity. It's absolutely ridiculous. And has been terrible for years.

Inexistent customer service. They said they can’t repair the mast in London, Tooting SW17 and asked me to cancel the contract! Connection in Tooting is incredibly bad, unreliable service. After being with them more than 4 years!!!

Been with 02 for years
Been with 02 for years, first time experiencing any form of problems.
Upgraded my phone, fraudalent activity on my phone, so my phone has been cut off for nearly a week, constantly chasing 02 for reconnection, prioritised me, but still no connection.
The people in 02 phone shops are useless, (apart from 02 Stratford)just want a sale and no aftercare.
Giving them until the end of today, no reconnection, sending back phone and cancelling my 02.
Reading all these bad comments, clearly 02 need to sort themselves out, absolute nightmare, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. 😔

I’ve never had a network provide close to zero internet connection during the majority of my London zones I travel between from home to work. They gave me a cancellation period and now making me go through bc customer complaints just to waive the cancellation fee they advised I wouldn’t have.

The mobile services are all interlinked with each and it's all rubbish other
I've been a loyal customer since 2013.
But since Virgin has partnered up with O2 it has gone downhill, quite dramatically.
The automatic customer service android. Doesn't recognise as my password or any links towards my account.
And talking to customer service with humans seems like I have to repeat myself.
I'll transfer to starlink. Because the internet service will be better and especially being in middle of nowhere.

Continued poor service from this company. Still no product supplied they wanted to close my complaint as resolved when they still havent supplied anything. The maneger from o2 then tried to blame me for the delay when the 'statement of fact' (his term)
is theyve taken an order . and upfront payment and havent supplied a product, with no promose of I will receive it..
