I'm getting bombarded by Indian SIM replacement scam calls. This type of fraud can be disastrous. The aim is to take over your calls and your security and your finances. O2 HAVE ISSUED NO WARNINGS AND AREN'T INTERESTED IN ALERTING OR PROTECTING THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I outright refused this contract refused my pac codes and told them I DO NOT WANT IT!!
THEY HAVE PUSHED THROUGH THE CONTRACT
They've sent me sim cards i do not want theyve threatened that id have to pay the full contract amount as there's a 0 day cooling off period
I CANCELED THE CONTRACT BEFORE THE PHONE CALL HAD ENDED
DISGRACEFUL!!!!

Pretty appalling
Pretty appalling. No longer possible to get balance from the phone whilst on Classic PAYG. Online, the balance seems to be a fictitious number. Keep getting cut off when talking to customer services. These all seems too deliberate to get me off this cheap tariff that no longer suits them. Well, I will, by moving to a better provider.

left them absolute nightmare customer service abroad got an inappropriate comment from one on online chat put a complaint in, I returned a phone were still charging me for it also old handset was paid off wanted to charge me £27 for sim only signal in my home was terrible switched to EE won't be back cheaper or not they are the worst.

Support is garbage, lies, and doesn't wanna fix or replace phone
They have my phone for repair for more than 2 weeks and they have been lying and giving conflicting information about my phone. First they said it was waiting to arrive when it was already there. Then last Friday they said it was fixed and have tried to send me me back, but Monday saying the phone was with them to see what they could do 🤡
My phone is on warrant.
They are in breach of contract and of their own repair policies and don't wanna send me a replacement phone. Also asking to wait a few more days again. I will be terminating my contract since they can't hold their end of the bargain. Avoid them. Their score on this website says all. It's garbage.
