I had the best customer service experience with DLG. I spoke to Ellie & Megan who were so lovely and arranged for my car to be collected from my home address and taken to the garage for repair. Dean called within the time slot to confirm when he would be arriving to collect my car and also when he’d be delivering it back to my address after it had been repaired. He was so kind and helpful.
The garage called to give me feedback on the damage and what repairs they needed to carry out ( sorry can’t remember the guys name but he was also very nice and gave clear and concise information) My car looks great

Absolutely fantastic service. I was kept up to to date throughout the entire process via a link to track my vehicle and a unique code.The car was returned back to me fully valeted within one week. I also received a follow up call the next to ensure I was happy with the service received and the completed work. The work on the vehicle was done very well and looked like it was never there to begin with. Highly recommended. 5* service and not a star less. Throughout the repair process, the DLG were very professional. From the the initial inspection of the damage, collecting the car, repair and returning my car. I was kept in touch an updated throughout, and the dates they gave me were met. All staff I spoke or met were very good and easy to speak with.

Recently had body repair on my Nissan Qashqai at GLD Auto Services in Heywood and I must say the service I received was excellent. They provided me with a courtesy car and the body repair they did was perfect. I can't praise them enough and I would recommend them to anybody who needed bodywork done.

The quality of the repair looks of a very high standard. Unfortunately the cleanliness left something to be desired.... The interior was still very dusty upon return and no dust/residue was removed from the engine bay resulting heavy smoking and a very pungent smell when the car was driven.

Vehicle was picked up and returned with zero hassle. We were kept informed of what work was required and what the timelines were. Honestly don’t think it could have been an easier experience.
They also did a little extra at no more cost which was a very welcome surprise.
As this was through an insurance claim, I cannot comment on value for money.
