I just wanted to take a moment to thank the team at DLG Auto Services for the outstanding service following my recent repair.
After the collision (which thankfully wasn’t my fault), I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and efficiently everything was handled. The repairs were completed far sooner than I expected—especially given how close it is to Christmas—and the car looks and feels like new again.
I really appreciated being kept informed at every single stage of the process. Both the collection and delivery drivers were polite, friendly, and professional, which made the whole experience even smoother. Having the car returned fully valeted was a lovely touch and very much appreciated.

Excellent bodywork and paint repair carried out to a very high standard. Oh my god i can not believe what first class professionals from the well mannerd gentlemen that brought us the courstey car and they kept me in touch with what stage the car was going through, and when they brought the car back i could not believe it how they managed to match the metallic colour amazed me was all cleaned and polished like new when they brought the car back to me, absolutely unbelievable highly recommended thank you.

Dealt with the issues with the damage to my car. Was not always easy to contact them but when they called back the issues were dealt with and my replacement car first was a mess but the second one was great and equivalent quality to my own. Took a very long time to sort out the costs as the person who caused the accidents insurance were not replying. I was kept informed and DLG kept to their timeframe.

I had the best customer service experience with DLG. I spoke to Ellie & Megan who were so lovely and arranged for my car to be collected from my home address and taken to the garage for repair. Dean called within the time slot to confirm when he would be arriving to collect my car and also when he’d be delivering it back to my address after it had been repaired. He was so kind and helpful.
The garage called to give me feedback on the damage and what repairs they needed to carry out ( sorry can’t remember the guys name but he was also very nice and gave clear and concise information) My car looks great
