A brilliant service from start to finish. My car was picked up and a courtesy car delivered (this was immaculately clean). I was kept informed of how the repairs to my car were progressing. All the staff I had contact with were very friendly, polite and professional. I am hard of hearing and the young lady on the phone was very patient. My car was returned, repaired to an excellent standard &valeted inside & out. Could not have wished for anything better.

Good points : car repairs was amazing colour match considering the damage my car endured. Excellent Job .
Bad point my car had no issues before the accident , so as soon as I turn the key warning lights was coming up . Took it to my garage ive been with for over 30 years water pump is gone . Cleanliness of my car and green mould build up where ever my car was stored whilst being fixed ....

Absolutely abysmal customer service from start to finish. Only ever had one insurance claim in my life and unfortunately it went to this garage for the bodywork repairs. Communication was terrible with me having to call them for updates. They put the date my vehicle would be ready back 4 times in total and then when they said it was finally ready there were problems that did not exist when the car went into the garage. On top of that when they collected the courtesy car I had, they took it away without letting me know with all my work stuff and personal belongings in. If your insurance company wants to put your car in this garage for repairs, I would insist it goes elsewhere.

Following the Online Arrangements , once works had been arranged , I was made extremely welcome, whether on the telephone or in person , every person was very professional , at the Office Reception , the Handover Personal and onto the Gentleman that returned the Car to my home address ..

Bunch of cowboys! their staff are rude, and they don't care!
Come home today to find a large truck unloading a vehicle on my driveway. I am self employed and time is money. I waited until the driver got a vehicle off then politely asked him to move the truck off my driveway. He initially said I am only going to be ten minutes! I asked him again more firmly, he then moved the truck ten feet. That meant my driveway was still obstructed because I could not swing my large van around to reverse into my driveway. The third time I was getting angry and told him he should simply drive around the block once to allow me access off the road and onto my driveway. This time he said you can wait until I am ready! Mean while a bus has had trouble getting passed where he has blocked my driveway and the street. That meant Emergency vehicles could not get passed either. 30 meters away their was a suitable long road with no traffic, where it would have been safe to unload without parking on a private driveway, and obstructing busses and emergency vehicles! I can only assume this selfish driver was lazy as well as rude.
Reg of this truck was GK69-BV? So if DLG auto services think this attitude of drivers is OK and not being courteous to people when you are unloading cars the conclusion is that this attitude runs through the company. What a bunch of cowboys.
