Great customer service! After having issues with leaking bottles they figured out I was sterilising them wrong causing the bottles to warp and leak and even though it was my fault they still sent me a new pack of bottles which I was not expecting 😊

I purchased a Tommee Tippee electric pump a few years ago when I had my first baby. Now that I need to use the pump, I contacted Tommee Tippee support team via facebook chat and the process was a breeze, and I was sent new replacement parts. I no longer have to worry if old parts could be affecting the pump's performance.

Talked to a lovely helpful lady named Soph today and she’s been more than happy to help me in every way possible with my questions. Have had a bit of trouble with the horn sizing but she has helped me to the full extent and has sent out some different horn sizes and provided me with very helpful information :) VERY pleased with her customer service!!

We ordered this and accidentally left our shipping address as billing address so the item was getting delivered to an old address. We reached out to support who said they can’t help because the item was already shipped. A week later the item was shipped to the wrong address and delivered
Making customer service useless liars
I ordered on Tuesday Night on the 29th, immediately noticed the wrong address and contacted online support Tuesday night.
Also called first thing during Wednesday 30th during business hours as soon as support lines opened.
Customer service said it was already despatched and out of timeframe for amendments.
The following Monday on the 5th a full 5 days later is when we Received the email notification that the order had been dispatched?
2 days later on Wednesday the delivery company had collected the item and and delivered 2 hours later to the wrong address.
So either the timeframe for amending and order is 0 business hours, or you have a support team who delight in providing the most frustrating experience possible whenever a customer makes a small mistake during the ordering process.
Just don’t buy directly from them and you will be fine.

I’d like to thank Tommee Tippee for their customer service. After my previous complaint, they kindly sent me a new electric breast pump. I haven’t had the chance to use it yet, but I hope it works well. I really appreciate that my concerns were heard and addressed—thank you again for following up and providing a replacement.

I contacted tommee tippee because I was missing a part of my breast pump and wanted to purchase another. Immediately, no questions asked, they sent it to me in the mail for free! It came a few days later. So great!

I’ve ordered three of the glass bottles after being using the plastic ones for months. I was excited about moving to glass and using the same way of sanitation.
The bottles don’t close properly and every time I put them in the microwave the leads pop.

The wearable pump didn’t work on my breast. We realized it was not for me as I am able to get more milk with the double one o manual one.
