I reached out to this company because I had lost a rubber seal for a sippy cup. They asked for a picture to make sure they could get me the right piece, and sent me 2 replacements at no cost at all. Great place, great customer service, will continue to purchase their products!

I had such a kind interaction and a positive experience with Rowan and Jude.
I ordered a package of infant bottles with some additional accessories through Amazon and I was missing a few pieces. Amazon was unhelpful. Tommee Tippee went ABOVE AND BEYOND checking in with me to see if my concern had been resolved by Amazon (which it had not).
Rowan was so apologetic for the inconvenience and has ordered some additional items for me.

Contacted customer service with faulty products (warped bottles). They gave me a runaround and were incredibly unhelpful. All I wanted was for the company to stand by their product and replace the poorly manufactured ones. Instead, I went back and forth with them via email literally 19 times trying to find a resolution. Ultimately they did send replacements (supposedly, haven’t yet received) but it was ridiculous how hard it was to get it there. I have a newborn baby to take care of; I shouldn’t be trying to convince a company to have morals and stand by their product.

Highly recommend that whenever you have a problem with the product to contact customer service. They were extremely helpful with my issue. I’ve used the Advanced anti colic bottles for 2/3 children and have had the peace of mind knowing I’m minimizing their chance of getting colic with these bottles. It can be a pain to pull apart the parts but it’s so much easier than the other brands. I just wish they’d bring back the color changing temp gauge on the stick looking piece.

Both my babies loved this bottle. It was similar to the human nipple so I was able to breast and bottle feed right away. One of my bottles melted in a sterilizing bag. I called customer support and they resolved my issues quickly and sent me 3 replacement bottles. Overall it was a good experience and I plan on using these bottles in the future or purchasing them for a new mom.
