The staff, in-particular Abu at wednesbury was very helpful

So good to know approximate time of delivery. Delivery was totally trouble free with very friendly and pleasant drivers delivering. Bed base assembled quickly and any questions answered well. Excellent and cannot speak highly enough of such a great service.

Ordering process efficient, and communications regarding delivery were more than regular. The delivery men were friendly and helpful. No problems.

We went in to the showroom not sure of what we needed . Ryan from the Huntingdon Branch was amazing and so helpful . we now have a brilliant mattress and i am finally sleeping again . if we need anything in the future we will be visiting Ryan again. The Delivery staff were great , would highly recommend .

From going into the store, to ordering our new bed frame and Mattress, right up to delivery and assembly it has been a most positive experience. The young man in the shop was helpful and knowledgeable and delivery came bang on time, with plenty of texts to keep me informed and updated with progress. The delivery men were wonderful and assembled the bed so expertly. My son now has a wonderful new bed and the only downside is we may have delayed him leaving home by a couple of years! Cannot praise Benson's for beds highly enough.

We had a fantastic experience with Bensons for Beds. From the moment we visited the store, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us choose the right bed.

The delivery arrived exactly as promised, the packaging was excellent, and the quality of the bed exceeded our expectations.

A big thank you to everyone at Bensons for Beds for providing such great customer service. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new bed.

The overall displays, and the layout of the beds around the shop does give , the shopping a good feeling towards wanting to purchase a bed. It was around 20% and 50% discount off some items, that draw me towards wanting to purchase a bed. The prices were alittle bit expensive, why, the days of gone where by a bed purchase would be the whole thing, and not priced into buying separates pieces. Paying separately for a headboard, mattress and base . I am currently Suffering from prostate cancer and lower back pain , due to having to keep the costs down I have to look at beds at a lower end , purchase just base and mattress, so that I may continue using my old headboard, making this more affordable for me . If she the sells person had mentioned having it on finance then I could have brought a better item.

Very easy and simple instructions to buy a new mattress. Have bought all my back care mattresses from Bensons and they have always been comfortable and durable. Made affordable with the option of interest free credit.

Staff at the shop were very friendly, no pressure to buy anything, when we did buy it was simple and easy, delivery was great, phone call before and they took there shoes off which I didn’t expect, friendly delivery drivers and efficient.

We were greeted as we entered the store, we said what we were looking for and were offered to try the appropriate mattresses within our price range. Ben talked us through the different mattresses and pillows until we found one we were happy with.

Very friendly and helpful sales staff in the store. This was followed up with regular updates on my order. Prompt delivery with a message and call on the day to notify me of it's imminent arrival. Delivery team were very helpful and obliging. Lovely to deal with a company that prides itself on a good customer experience.
