Visited Barnsley store Diana was very professional explained different scooters insurance and warranty. Very friendly and did not pressurise to buy. My son came away very happy with his purchase and would definitely recommend them.

I went into Eden Mobility, Mansfield, with my mother in law and husband. We were looking for powered wheelchairs for myself and mum in law. We were acknowledged by the lovely Paul Wilson,as he was busy, and looked around waiting to be served. When he was free he gave us his full attention. He was very understanding of our needs and gave us as much time as we needed, he even went past his home time! Hope he didn't get in trouble with Mrs Wilson. We have been into the shop a couple of times previously and always got a very professional approach from him.
We came away extremely happy with our purchases and would definitely recommend Eden to anyone.

Went into the wakefield store with my father in law to get a mobility scooter for him and he looked at a couple of scooters he liked he couldn't get one but this morning someone from head office rang me and asked if they could pass his details to another company which he said thats fine with in 10 mins he had the phone call and a scooter wendy and donna lovely people highly recommened

I would like to leave a very special thank you to Gemma Hewick at Eden Mobility.
Over the past few weeks, my family have been dealing with a very stressful situation involving damage to my wife’s mobility scooter during a holiday. In order to resolve the matter, we urgently needed a repair invoice from Eden Mobility.
Unfortunately, technical issues meant the invoice was not coming through correctly. Many people would have simply sent one email and left it at that. Gemma did the opposite.
She continued trying to help, responded to emails, checked the issue, involved IT when necessary, and kept working on it until she successfully got the invoice through to us. She understood that there was a deadline involved and that we were trying to resolve a difficult situation before a member of the Jet2 team who had been helping us went on leave.
What stood out most was not just her professionalism, but her kindness. At no point did she make us feel like a nuisance. She treated us with patience, respect and genuine care, even though the problem was largely a technical one outside of her control.
Thanks to Gemma’s persistence, Jet2 accepted the invoice and agreed to reimburse the repair costs in full. What may have seemed like a simple document to some people made a huge difference to our family.
Customer service is often judged by how people behave when things are easy. Character is shown when things become difficult. Gemma showed patience, professionalism and determination throughout, and I genuinely believe she went above and beyond what most people would have done.
As a husband, father of six and full-time carer, I know how important it is to acknowledge people who make a positive difference in the lives of others. Gemma did exactly that for us.
Thank you, Gemma. Your help, persistence and kindness will not be forgotten, and both myself and my wife Nancy are extremely grateful.

We have been to the branch today, and the staff were helpful and friendly, Carol and Phoebe, they helped mum and advised on what she might nee, and no rush or pressure they were compassionate towards us as a family, as we have just lost our dad 3 weeks ago.

Popped into the store this morning with my mum to purchase a key for a disabled toilet.
Was served by a lady called Jodie she is extremely friendly and helpful she went above and beyond for my mum even adjusting her current walking stick as it was to high this was not the service we expected it was better by miles.
Thank you Jodie my mum will need to start looking at her options soon and we will be back to visit you.
I also want to point out the fact that the store is very welcoming, extremely clean and smells nice.
