First time going into store and got some good advice from Tom. Afterwards via email Tom also helped us with finding hopefully what will be the ideal gym solution for our garage. He also wangled us a better deal than the online prices. So nice to find a shop like this, it’s great to see stuff in person and get help with it all.

Equipment like this often comes with a hefty price tag, but these prices were surprisingly affordable. Im really impressed buy the quality of it.

Was initially impressed with the smith machine multigym I bought and paid for the installation but after 1 month the machine is falling apart with the cable lock in mechanism derailed fully one side and the otherside looks close to going as well. The tension of smith machine bar going lopsided when taking off the plates even with only 5kg plates. It hasn't even had much use and fallen apart already! Apprehensive working out now in case the machine falls apart on me working out, extremely disappointed!

Very easy to use with really quick delivery. Kettlebell set was excellent. Very pleased overall would definitely recommend.

My niece gifted me an exercise bike but I was struggling to use it without the instruction manual. I found Fitness Superstore sold this kind of bike and so I, cheekily, asked if they had a manual. I submitted a query on Sunday. I had the manual on Monday. This level of prompt and helpful service when I didn't even buy it from them is impressive. They clearly take customer service seriously. Definitely would have no qualms buying from them.

We were served by Stephen Bux and found him to be knowledgable, answering all our questions with patience. We were very impressed by the service we received.

We have visited the Camberley store many times over the years purchased exercise bikes, treadmills, etc. Our recent visit was to purchase a rowing machine which is a new piece of kit to me! I spoke to Cameron who was extremely helpful and guided me on the use of the rower and the various rower options.... plus how to store the thing as its quite large. This was followed up with assisting us with the ordering process.

Cameron provided a relaxed, non pressured and professional sales engagement which was much appreciated!

Really happy with the Sheffield store. We spent a few minutes browsing the machinery we were considering and then, the sales person Rebecca approached and offered some advice. She was very knowledgeable and made some excellent suggestions for additional accessories. We were not rushed in any way, nor did we feel pressured into the purchase despite there being various sales on that we were able to take advantage of. The delivery was arranged and turned up as expected. The delivery person was also very helpful and cheerful too. We have now assembled the machines we bought (a multi gym, treadmill and various weights) which, although a complicated process, it was made so much easier to receive a full and accurate order. No damages or missing parts.
