My Car was booked in for 11/30 I was told it would be completed in 1Hour Ieft the car and had to Walk around Newark, On my return at 12/30 the car was still on the Forecourt untouched,I went into the office to get an explanation I was informed it would be completed in 30minutes,40minutes the work was complete, I was given a £20 Discount off my Bill,I would hope the next time I need Protyre it will be a Better experience as I have used this company many times before,Yours Sincerely Richard Lodder.

When I got there I was told it would take an hour. I returned a little earlier than an hour to find the bays empty and my van was still in the same place I left it . They started when I got back . It took 1.5 hours in total to change 2 tyres
