Fantastic service from start to finish. Tony Chilton and the team at Triton Bathrooms were outstanding. We had our entire bathroom ripped out and a brand new one installed, and the whole process exceeded our expectations.

From day one they were reliable, punctual, hardworking and incredibly considerate while working in our home, always keeping everything as clean and tidy as possible. The speed they worked at never came at the expense of quality. The standard of workmanship and attention to detail is exceptional, and the finished bathroom looks fantastic.

Choosing a bathroom installer can feel like a daunting decision, as it's a significant investment and you want to be sure you're hiring someone you can trust. We couldn't have made a better choice. She helped us design the layout, offered great advice throughout the process, and made sure everything came together before the installation began. Her knowledge and guidance gave us confidence from the very start and really set the project up for success.

I love coming to the Staines branch, the staff are so friendly & always ready to help. They are great representatives for the company & Wickes are lucky to have them. Well stocked store also, so usually find everything I need.

This is solely to review the design experience with the WATFORD branch - specifically our designer Tom Collins.

What an absolute gentleman and total professional.
Tom has been so helpful, he walked us through the whole process, giving expert knowledge and advice.

We have a lovely kitchen now, which was designed perfectly and even wit the amendments, and last minute additions/changes, he was always accommodating, respectful and helpful.

Trade means trade with Wickes with your 10% discount on anything in store that you buy in comparison to other DIY stores, were a certain spend limit applies in order to be eligible for any discount.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble.
In light of my recent experience at Wickes, I will definitely be using them more often in the future.

Is this a joke.

The delivery drivers left this purchase 1/2 mile away from my house. There was nothing to prevent them driving up the road to the house. Many deliveries in large lorries are made to this estate every day but they decided to dump my worktop by the side of the road.

Jon was knowledgeable and suggested ideas I hadn't thought of - perfect service

Bought a kitchen from Paul at Borehamwood, the service was outstanding, he even met my fitter to go through everything to make sure it went to plan

Overall i was very happy with the service and products i recieved through wickes Scunthorpe, Sophie Lilley Graham was super friendly and helpful she made all appointments easy and on time. I only had issue on delivery day as this was extremely stressful due to multiple ahencies delivering but Wickes staff couldnt have been more helpful. I will be looking to Wickes in the next few years for when I am planning to have a new Kitchen, the Bathroom has cone out just as id hoped.

Costas Christou was my design consultant
He came to my house to measure up then he made an appointment to go to the showroom to pick out what I wanted and see the layout on the computer.
Costas was very helpful and patient with what I wanted
He took me around the showroom to show me what I ordered and showed me on the screen how my bathroom would look
Costas is very professional and experienced at his job
He made the whole process very easy and stress free
Also had a kitchen with them a few years back
Would definitely recommend wickes and Costas if you want a new bathroom/kitchen

Bought a bathroom in January to be fitted at April. Waited 2 weeks before fitting, cancelled it, put to the back of the queue with the next fitting date at the end of July, cancelled again, no date in sight. NO communication, lots of apologies, no action. Been living around boxes for weeks. Absolute nightmare.

Went to Wickes in Lichfield to discuss a new kitchen with Julie, she was so supportive and informative, made me feel at ease and talked through the whole process and offered alternatives where needed. I can highly recommend speaking to Julie especially if like me you didnt know where to start.

Helpful and easy to communicate with.

Had to visit the store over separate days and got excellent service on both occasions firstly from Jack B with him helping me get items to and from my vehicle and then from Paige when I had return the extra items outside their normal return times.

Lucy was amazing throughout and really helped us find the kitchen design that met our needs and ensured we had the time to make the right choices. We're excited for our new kitchen, especially when you get your rendered design because you see it all come together and you can visualize your choices properly. Thanks!
