Brilliant, such lovely carers who work really hard, and go above and beyond to look after your loved one. We have been using them for a year or two now for my elderly father. In addition, there is always somebody available directly on the phone if you need to add any details about the care required, so you never need to worry. I would recommend this company without hesitation!

Working with Bluebird Care Sheffield is an amazing job, fullfilling and rewarding and as much support as you could need. Staff are all really friendly and treat you with respect and understanding, really friendly place to work.

I stared with bluebird care in January 2026 as I was looking for a change of jobs. I came across bluebird care online and it was something I felt passionate about. I contacted them and I got a response straightaway with an interview the following day. I had an introduction course which I completed. After I had shadowing period in February I started my probation period. The team at bluebird care was so supportive friendly and welcoming they have helped me every step of the way. The 1st day at bluebird care was the best day I got to meet so many lovely customers,I got to help with there everyday tasks like personal care, taking them out, chatting ,shopping and playing games. During my time at bluebird care all the staff have been friendly and helpful. All the carers do an amazing job too. Bluebird care is the best company I have worked for they look after their staff and customers, there always there when you need them with a quick and friendly response. I would recommend bluebird care for anyone that might want to become a carer or anyone that might be looking for care in there own home.

Exceptional care given to my grandmother. Carers go above and beyond with her and most importantly, she is happy and feels incredibly comfortable with them. Great relationships built with family members also and if there are any slight issues, these are dealt with effectively and swiftly. Cannot thank Bluebird care enough!

I love working with Bluebird Care because they're very helpful and approachable and they always helpful whenever you need them and the stuffs are very lovely always there to whatever the carer's needs. Bluebird care Dockland is one of the best care companies that I have worked with. They have a very supportive team,great training that will help you grow your skills, good communication. They go extra miles to care for both the carers and the clients. The Management really value the staffs wellbeing .

The carers of good but the company is stupid they changed the times but don't tell you that's crappy it's a silly company a stupid company I think the owner just needs cash if he was working in another place they would sack him

I am extremely grateful to and highly recommend Bluebird Lewisham & Southwark management and carers for stepping into the breach late in the day Thursday afternoon before the bank holiday Easter Weekend.
We had an unexpected emergency with my elderly 90 year old mother and were keen to keep her out of hospital, by supporting her at home. I contacted Bluebird (she has a BlueBird carer weekly) who organised carers to go into my mother twice daily to support her with her personal care whilst she was incapacitated, report back to me if she had taken her medications and any other concerns and visits from the District Nurse. They also provided my mother with reassurance and companionship in between family visiting over the long bank holiday weekend - I cannot emphasize the importance of this
The carers, like management, were caring, supportive, reassuring, kind and professional. It is so reassuring to know that Bluebird provide an excellent care service and our family are so very grateful
