Bluebird supported and helped me during a challenging time with a relative suffering a mental health episode with kindness, patience and above all professionalism.
I was able to call upon them out of hours for guidance and action.
I would definitely recommend their services to anyone requiring care.

Bluebird are great !
Bluebird were great responsive and caring. My dad loved his regular carers and they were here till the end. Immediately able to step in when my mother broke her hip to up the care for my dad and we needed to change to live in care. My family will be forever grateful for all the assistance they’ve provided

Awful company …
Awful company that I’m sure brings the reputation of Bluebird care as a whole. The Wolverhampton franchise is run by Support for Life who are incompetent and staff are poorly trained and I’ve suffered from stress and anxiety as a result of my lack of care and aggressive behaviour of staff and Selina. Avoid!!

First time we have ventured into organising care for a family member, and bluebird made it easy for us. They were very help-full and patient with us and tailor-made a package to suit our needs.
All the carers we have had so far have been exceptional and just the team you want to look after your loved one

I have been with Bluebird for over 3 and half years now and it’s by far the best company to work for, I do not in-vision myself anywhere else. Nothing but support from all, I took some time off to become a mum short of 2 years ago and since then they have been nothing but supportive of my needs around childcare and work. I enjoy visiting all of our customers and helping them to live safely, comfortably and happily within their own home where they belong.
