I ordered 2 they delivered just one.
Two days I struggled someone to answer me with adequate answer.
Absolutely impolite staff.

I bought Madison shorts which are comfortable and stylish. Super friendly guy in the shop helped me find the right pair. Excellent service and a good price. Thank you.

Not the greatest service not from the Waterloo staff but the website took my money and order of an Brompton olive bag , told me it was in then when I arrived it was a stick mistake and there was no bag. Got the bag about 10 days later .

What I will say say is a week later I visited Balfes at mate street :( :( :(

Awful servic! came in for some help and I felt like I was putting the staff out.
Bought a Brompton from Balfes mare street last year.

Came back for help regarding saddle insert and was palmed off.

Ending up spending £450 at condor the next day because they helped me without hesitation for something small u like Balfes.

Very disappointing

Staff was great, cool and attentive to my needs., made my purchase fun and easygoing.!!

I had purchased the wrong tool for my bike and Balfes took it back as a return and ordered up the correct item for me.

Brilliant communication, great price and delivery spot on.

Great set up of bike including the accessories purchased. Very helpful and friendly staff and keen pricing.

James was great to deal with, they also had no additional charges (unlike most others with cycle to work) and free delivery. The price was very good as well! I would use them again and 100% recommend.

Easy order, item in stock, great price, delivered on time, great delivery communication, bike ready to go after pedals put on, no gaffing with fitting handlebars etc as box was big enough to accommodate a built bike, all set up , nothing more I could ask for 5 star +

The bike I purchased was in my opinion a good price.
The delivery service was good.
However, even though the bike had gone through a pre delivery inspection, it was delivered without the bell.
I was also not happy with the set-up of the front forks, I contacted Balfe's Bikes customer service about two weeks ago and have still not received a response!!!

I like the friendly reception I experienced when I visited the last time and also had to see a lot of things you have in stock that I need to buy for my cycling experience and I’m glad I did visited.

Very friendly staff. Let me use the free bike pump outside and found out about their regular community bike rides. Very happy to come again when my bike needs its brakes changed.

Would have been 5 stars except for the fact I kept trying to speak to your Gatwick branch which was the nearest branch for me but no one would answer the phone. So I then phoned Reigate who did answer and could place my order.
They-probably deserved 5 stars as did the delivery people.
