Instructions to house were excellent and description of property on site was informative and good communication building up to holiday .They responded quickly to an issue we had with hot water. Would have been better to have more cleaning products

We had some issues with a property we had booked via Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire and the company were brilliant. Really responsive, understanding and kept us up to date with regular communication. And we got a small refund for the disappointing experience we had.

It was an easy and straight forward process.

Staff helpful and details on line seemed to be very comprehensive. However the confirmation email did not arrive until I rang the next day. A member of staff told me there is a glitch in the computer system. This happened the previous time I booked as well. Irritating.

The booking process was straightforward. I had to change holiday dates and the lady I spoke to was very helpful.
We stayed in a lovely cottage Ty Top Newport, Pembrokeshire which was an upside down cottage with sea views which had all that we needed. It was one of the best cottages we have ever stayed at in terms of location and amenities especially as it was quite a hot week and we have a dog. The garden had shade which helped and was so quiet and peaceful. We had to contact company on the day we were leaving as we had no water so let them know for the next people. Apart from that all good.
My only negative was that we ordered a breakfast hamper as we arrived late Saturday and most of the products came from Morrisons and didn’t come up to our expectations for the money we paid.

The house had all the amenities you need for a weeks stay. The place was very clean, comfortable beds, great shower and a large bath in the main bathroom. The chairs on the rear patio are a bit uncomfortable, some cushions wouldn't go a miss and maybe a parasol for the table in this hot weather. The house is in a lovely quiet village about a mile down the hill to the sea where there is a restaurant and pub.

Good week away. Booked at the last moment. Good communication and information from Coastal Cottages. Cottage was as expected, all OK, no issues.

I’ve rented cottages through this company for several years and never had any unwonted issues or nasty surprises either in the charges made or the cottages themselves. It’s always been quick, efficient and attentive to our needs.

We have used Coastal Cottages a few times but this time we had a fine for having to re launder sheets and towels not sure what this means as they do the laundering. and a mark on one of the carpets which none of us had seen and we hovered and cleaned all the rooms before leaving. I am so disappointed and i personally won't be using them again. Such a shame.

What a beautiful cottage, everything our family could possibly want or need. The kitchen extension flowing seamlessly out to the stunning garden was a massive hit. Great place for Star gazing & bat watching. Very private despite hving houses around. Road very quiet. Real feel of luxury esp wth the new upstairs bathroom. Local stunning beaches 5 min drive. Very friendly, helpful locals. Would recommend the local Dolphin watching, v respectful of the animals. Also the Ferry Inn, great food & staff. Wonderful holiday, stunning weather. We will be back. Thanks so much.

Quick and accurate response

Booking online was easy. I got a confirmation text but no email. This morning I phoned the office and spoke to Tracey. She sent me the 2 emails immediately. Thank you. 😊
