Forget the high street & trust Direct Specs
Choice, value and excellent customer service. Regardless of the bottom of the range prices or top of the range the service is the same. I’ve used Walsall branch and the manager there is wonderful. Please give them a try!

My problem solved!
My frame got broken and a lens fell out. I took it in to Direct Specs and they were very helpful. With the minimum of fuss, the frame was replaced. The male member of staff, who was most understanding, ensured I left with everything back to normal.

Sorry a bit late got tied up how amazing is the lady at Walsall branch? I have 2 pairs readers & 1 set driving glasses, I'm over the moon with them.
I've recommended to work colleague who also ordered her glasses.
I still don't know lady's name, but very, very helpful. Will be back for some more!
